Terms & Conditions
By attending one of our events, you agree to the following:
1. Supervision of Children
All children must be supervised by their parent/carer at all times. Children must not be left unattended. Our volunteers and team are not able to provide 1:1 care or supervision.
2. Responsibility & Safety
Parents/carers are fully responsible for their child’s safety and behaviour during the event. Please ensure your child engages safely with activities, equipment, and other attendees.
3. Volunteer Role
Our volunteers are present to support the running of the event, assist with activities, and help create a welcoming environment. They are not responsible for supervising children.
4. Medical & Additional Needs
Parents/carers must inform the team of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or additional needs prior to or upon arrival. Any required medication must be brought with you and administered by the parent/carer.
5. Behaviour & Respect
We promote a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment. Any behaviour that puts others at risk or causes distress may result in being asked to leave the event.
6. Food & Allergies
Please bring your own snacks and drinks where required. We encourage nut-free options. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
7. Photography & Media
Photos/videos may be taken during events for promotional purposes. If you do not wish for you or your child to be included, please inform a member of the team on arrival.
8. Personal Belongings
My Child Has A Speech Delay CIC is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
9. Damage to Property
Parents/carers are responsible for any damage caused by their child. If a child breaks or damages equipment, venue property, or materials, the parent/carer may be liable for the cost of repair or replacement.
10. Cancellations & Changes
We reserve the right to make changes to events, including timings, activities, or venues, and to cancel if necessary. We will communicate any updates as soon as possible.
11. Liability
By attending, you acknowledge that participation is at your own risk. My Child Has A Speech Delay CIC accepts no liability for any injury, loss, or damage, except where required by law.
12. Agreement
By attending our events, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
